Your data will be processed by Ristogest S.r.l. as Data Controller.
In addition to Ristogest S.r.l., we would like to inform you that there are External Data Processors who have been appropriately mapped, registered, contracted and appointed by Ristogest S.r.l. on the basis of the provisions of art. 28 of the GDPR.

Type of data processed
The data subject to processing are navigation data and data voluntarily provided by the user, as better specified below.
Ristogest S.r.l. informs users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated below.
Browsing data
The computer systems and software used to ensure the correct functioning of the site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols: this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data provided. Such data will be communicated to third parties only where necessary to comply with the requests of the users themselves.
Purpose of processing
The data processing is aimed exclusively at achieving the following purposes:
a) purposes related to navigation within the pages of the site;
b) activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships with users and potential candidates (contact requests).

By processing of personal data, pursuant to the provisions of art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR, we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.
The processing is carried out through automated systems for a period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, in compliance with the current legislative provisions.
How long will we keep your data
Your personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed.
